Money can oftentimes be a taboo topic so friends and family avoid talking about it. It’s up there with religion and politics at the dinner table.
Most people wouldn’t dare ask someone how much they make, how much they spent on their recent vacation, how much debt they have, what their credit score is, or how much their mortgage is– unless you’re my mom🤣 (Wait… I wonder where I get it from😅)
I’m definitely not encouraging you to do that but I do want to make a point that we leave those types of questions unasked. But if we don’t ask ourselves these questions then how will we learn?
Let’s Talk About Money More.
Are you struggling? Ask for help.
Feeling overwhelmed? Share your situation with a close friend.
Are you doing something right? Celebrate that!
Let’s stop making money such a taboo subject because it plays a big role in our everyday lives and we can all use some encouragement, accountability and honesty. I want to encourage people to talk about their money struggles and victories—and to live boldly, on purpose, and experience financial peace.
